Summer Clubs

Clubs designed for the youth can offer many benefits. They help youth make friends and practice social skills. Clubs teach youth new skills and allows them to pursue a favorite hobby or activity. Youth will also find others who have similar interests.

(We offer various different clubs chosen by staff. These clubs are only during the summer.)

Clubs that we offered this Summer for 2024 were.. Basketball, Cherokee Language, Golf, Corn Hole, Hiking, Puzzle/Games and Cooking.

Cherokee Language Club

Learning the Cherokee language is not only a way to connect with our heritage, but it also plays a crucial role in preserving our rich cultural heritage. The Cherokee language is an essential part of our identity, and by learning it, we contribute to the revitalization and preservation of our language.

                      Cooking Club

Teaching cooking to youth gives them an opportunity to learn nutrition education,

such as planning meals and make smarter food choices.

Sports Club

Sports Clubs give youth a chance to engage in physical activity, make friends, develop skills, learn teamwork and to build self-esteem.
